There is not that much cd38 on solid tumors. The reason why dara was thought to be effective in solids was that it could strengthen the efficacy of a PD(L)-1 inhibitor by blocking cd38. I don't know if a boosted cd38 would be of any help here. But I think we need Sukkeralf on this subject.
