last month it disclosed some mixed data and indicated it would not be pursuing accelerated approval for the compound. That said, companies like ADC Therapeutics can be confident that as long as the readout isn't dripping with safety concerns, their platform should still have legs

Det er nok mere komplekst end som så - tænker mest linkeren, men man skal nok grave lidt dybere i det. Som jeg husker det er PBD warheads ca. 1000 gange mere potent end eksempelvis MMAE, så det kræver jo at giften i endnu højere grad leveres det rette sted

are they now suggesting to take NK cells from daratumumab-treated patients, expand them in the lab, and infuse them into new patients before treatment with Dara?

We discussed a similar issue 5. of March. The problem is that dara is killing NK-cells as they express cd38. Not good, as NK-cells were supposed til kill cancer. To overcome this problem it has been suggested to transplant fresh NK-cells from healthy donors. Now they suggest - as I understand it - to take NK-cells from
(other) dara-treated patients, as they mainly contain cd38-low NK-cells (the cd38-high NK-cells are depleted), and infuse them in patients.
