Ikke sikker på det er så simpelt desværre - gætter på at der i forbindelse med licensaftalen på daratumumab er forlangt af Janssen at GEnmab ikke må arbejde mere indenfor CD38, så længe aftalen løber. Genmab har så henvendt sig til Janssen med muligheden for HexaCD38 og de har indgået en aftale om at Genmab må arbejde i området mod at Janssen får optionen. Så noget for noget deal. Genmab må muligvis begynde arbejde indenfor CD38 efter 2030, men så tager det jo en del tid at nå over målstregen.

i don't really find any figures of how many patients become Dara refractory every year, but the more patients are treated with Dara, the larger that number will become.

LOL, det var nu også kun for sjovt, men en tiltalende tanke, nu når Fastpro er bestemt til at være et nyt produkt. Hvis eller presse medl. fra Genmab 11. juni 2019 refererer korrekt, står der jo Darzalex og ikke CD38. Efter 2030 passer da Gmab fint.

and you get 100% of earnings -after development/ trials / commercial costs- So you need say, maybe 20% of the original Dara patients to become refractory and treated with erzo to get the same income stream as with Dara now? is that so unrealistic?

EL, that is super interesting. But Jan did not sound like he thinks there will be a market for Erzo at the earnings cal when asked what if ... would Gmab develop Erzo further. Oddly if he thinks the Erzo is such a good drug. But I think I would prefer Gmab hold on to Erzo rather than make a new Erzo agreement with JnJ for alle indications with a low single digit royalty.

E L - today these patients have alternatives like tec and tal. Then maybe it should be in powerful combinations. Or if all know HexaCD38 works better than Darzalex it could be off label sales in other lines that approved for.

But we also need sc dosing probably - do Janssen have sc dosing possibilities left at Halozymes?

whatever happens, one would expect HexaCD38 to be marketed in combination anyway, no? and if that combo is with Tec or Tal; all the better

yes Jan eluted to that point. Treatment is al about combination.

Yes but if Genmab is doing th clinical trials they probably need to buy tec and tal - so its so much easier if Janssen takes the option

it is definitely easier; i think we established that long time ago. And best for the short term share price reaction. And my blood pressure... (whether JNJ would or would not sponsor the Tec or Tal , is really a
minor issue i would think)
