Sutro har et BCMA ADC under udvikling i samarbejde med BMS (tidligere Celgene), hvor man forventer at bivirkningsprofilen vil være markant bedre end GSKs BCMA ADC, da man anvender site specific conjugation. Sutro´s to egne ADC´er i klinikken har indtil videre ikke vist occular toxicity. Forventningen er at stoffet skal kunne gives på community centers ! Blot en lille reklame for Sutro

Ja i tredie linie er det. Vincent Rajkumar har på Twitter meddelt at han vil bruge Sarclisa i Pom/Dex kombien hvis det er billigere...

Sarclisa er kun godkendt til tredie linie plus patienter, så i første og anden linie er det ikke en trussel, og det er langt det største marked

Conclusions: DARA 16 mg/kg was well tolerated with no new safety concerns, and only 2 patients discontinuing due to TEAEs.
