Har læst Myginds indlæg et par gange, og jeg synes ikke jeg kan se de 2 mia. er et topsalgsestimat, blot et salgestimat allerede om 5 år. Virker det ikke urealistikt at ramme topsalget så tidligt, når vi kun lige har opdaet at der er en bjørn vi måske kan skyde et sted? Kan der være mere end 2 mia. i det i topsalg, eller er det underforstået at han mener topsalg

Genmab har vel informeret alt det de skal. De er jo ikke forpligtet til at sige hvad det sælger om 5 år. Den Børsen artikelMygind linker til, forklarer det vist meget godt

Am I correct that -the Lancet focus is on safety data, and further mentions that for the whole TV201 cOR=15.6%

-that then Professor de Bono explained to other press that cohorts of patients with bladder cancer and cervical cancer showed 27 % respectively 26.5 % response (Confirmed response?) –which is basically what we know from ESMO?

From the full Lancet article: Although this trial was not designed or powered to
assess antitumour activity, we report encouraging
preliminary antitumour activity for tisotumab vedotin in
a broad population of patients with heavily pretreated,
locally advanced or metastatic (or both) cancers of the
bladder, cervix, endometrium, oesophagus, lung, and
ovary.

More: Limitations of this phase 1–2 open-label study include a
small sample size in some tumour types and the absence
of overall survival as a prespecified endpoint.

Several studies are underway,
including InnovaTV 207 and InnovaTV 204. InnovaTV 207
(NCT03485209) is an ongoing phase 2 study evaluating
the activity, safety, and tolerability of tisotumab vedotin
monotherapy administered every 3 weeks in patients
with relapsed, locally advanced or metastatic colorectal
cancer, squamous non-small-cell lung cancer, pancreatic
cancer, or squamous cell carcinoma of the head and
neck.

Following on from the encouraging preliminary activity seen in the cervical cancer cohort in this
study, InnovaTV 204 (NCT03438396) is an ongoing
phase 2 study evaluating the activity, safety, and
tolerability of tisotumab vedotin monotherapy in patients
with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer that had
progressed during or after treatment with standard firstline therapy.

So the resonserates mentioned are not final, but must be confirmed in follow up studies.

Maybe a little dangerous of de Bono to go to the press with these preliminary data. On the other hand, when a scientist does this he must be on safe ground.

the feeling I got was that, maybe, he (or his sponsors...?) felt more data should have been disclosed as the lancet did, so he opened up a bit more?
