Det lille CybordD har fulgt patienterne længere (post asct): "Responses deepened post ASCT with 100% achieving ≥ VGPR and 62% achieving ≥ CR. Based on EBMT criteria the CR/nCR rate post ASCT was 92%. Post ASCT PET-CT scans were consistent with complete metabolic response in all 13 patients". Ved ikke, jvad der ellers ses, men lyder vel OK.

ment at CAR-t ville snuppe en stor del af markedet, så ville de vel have skåret i topsalgsestimatet for Dara? -
Enig Solsen, men jeg undrer mig lidt over at de (på trods af CAR-t begejstringen), ikke decideret skærer ned på Dara topsalgsestimatet. Det giver ikke mening.

Ofatumumab was active and safe in these elderly chemoimmunotherapy-treated patients with SMZL. IRRs were generally mild and easily manageable, even in a cohort of patients with a very high median age and a relevant comorbidity burden. The ORR and the CR rate compare favorably with data reported in the literature with rituximab monotherapy also considering that >75% of patients have been previously exposed to rituximab.
