Two FDA-approved CD20 IgG1 mAbs, rituximab and ofatumumab,
promote only ∼15 and 50% CDC, respectively, of B cells from
patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)...we report that hexamerization-enhanced mAbs, specific for CD20
or CD37, induced 95–99% CDC of CLL B cells at concentrations of
10–16 g/mL in samples from 20 patients. CD37 mAbs without the
E430G mutation did not mediate CDC...

Så fik vi median. pfs for Castor DVd: aproxx 2 years vs 7 mdr. for Vd og 26 mdr for 1. relaps DVd.

og vi ved at Pollux er endnu bedre

og 43% CR i 1.Relaps er det også mere end fint

42 % fik komplet respons efter 1. relaps. Førhen så man slet ikke CR i relapsed setting. Det var kun noget der forekom i 1. linje.
