Chronic s.c. administration of an anti-CD20 antibody in mice induced a potent and long-lasting depletion of B cells. The quicker B-cell recovery in spleen with s.c. versus i.v. treatment may be linked to more favorable immunosurveillance and thereby may provide a potential benefit for patients requiring treatment cessation

After having enlarged the poster I think(!) it says the same about depletion of B-cells. But also that a reduction of CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells was transient and recovered at day 28(?). Also transient changes in granulocyte counts.

i think last year Genmab published an ASCO title list themselves, so i think i am going to be lazy and wait for that...

I hope your right EL, but how can zymeworks make a press release regarding ASCO and ZW25 if the titles are not public yet ?
