Interesting! I’m defiantly not an expert and have only read the abstract, but I would be concerned about the difference in calendar time. A lot must have happened in the last 10 years that would be difficult to adjust for and also affecting the modelling.

Men kun een kombi, bortezomib plus thalidomide. De andre i RMG-cohorten er single agents plus formentlig en steroid. Interessant er det at den mediane PFS for dara mono kun er 4 md imod 5,8 md i RMG. Og alligevel lever patienterne længere - 20,1 md i dara mono imod 11,9 md i RMG cohorten.

En lille detalje mere: OS var i 2015 19,9 md. I dette sammenlignende studie 20,1 md. Og i de afsluttende data som Usmani vil fremlægge på kommende ASH er OS vokset til 20,5 md. https://ash.confex.com/ash/2017/webprogram/Paper105841.html
