Han glemmer vel pkt 4 at der er mange store forsøg søsat som kan give en kortvarig stagnering. Men forventer der opjusteres med en femmer når tallene rettes til, ligesom de cutter en femmer når $ falder. Desuden regner jeg med at Genmab sender halvdelen af de ikke "redegjorte" royalties direkte til Proinvestors festkasse, altså omkring en 7-8 mill. hvis vi regner med 12% royalties, det ville være fair nok.

Jeg ville tilføje et 5. punkt: Den behandling patienterne får starter med 2 behandlinger om ugen i et vist antal uger, hvorefter antallet af behandlinger nedsættes efterhånden gradvist de efterfølgende uger/måneder. Hvis der ikke kommer tilstrækkeligt med nye patienter, der starter med behandlinger vil salget af Darzalex falde.
