Med hensyn til det nye Dara forsøg på Vejle Hospital kan jeg ikke lade være med at tænke, at det videnskabelige formål næppe kan indløses med 50 patienter i to grupper, så måske det 'slet skjulte' formål er at dække et behov for at kunne behandle flere 'off label' så at sige. Altså at det er et positivt signal.

Pomalidomide vil ganske givet over tid indtage Lenolidomides plads som det mest brugte IMiD - desuden vil Pom-D med garanti være væsentlig bedre end Dara alene i RRMM, så det er vigtigt også at få kombinationer med Pomalidome i takt med at det vinder mere indpas.
