Conclusions
Now 10 months post-HCT, the patient is off all hepatic supportive care and steroids have gradually been weaned. He remains negative for minimal residual disease and BCR-ABL fusion transcript and 100% donor chimerism. The dramatic response documented in this patient warrants further investigation of daratumumab for plasma cell-mediated autoimmune-like hepatitis in the post-transplant setting.
