Deres teknologi er ved at udløbe på patentet og konkurrenter løber med ordrene. Så de kan blot smide en pose penge efter dem. Så er nøgletallene reddet.

I kind of feel the same as Nordea - efficacy looks promissing but a little worried about the liver tox that was what we needed to avoid so hope that we do not end up in a story like DR5/DR5.

But on the other hand Jan have been so optimistic and emphasized the fact that they have been able to dose escalate quickly

At least the liver tox was not so serious that FDA put a hold on GEN1046 (what FDA did on DR5/DR5)

And all liver issues were grade 3 or less, and grade 3 could be handled with steroids.

Maybe a satisfactory efficacy can be reached with rather small doses, and therefore problem might be solved...

I noticed on this Korean site -which is part of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety- a refecence to Epcoritamab, which, upon translating reads "Randomized, open-label, phase 3 clinical trial comparing epcoritamab with investigator-selected chemotherapy in relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma"
