they have not bought the whole position at 2169, they could have had 4.99% for months and just crossed the 5% now

I think that the analyst is not aware of what is going on in the trade department.

maybe by accident, we have seen that before, eg with Blackrock, they sell a few shares the day after to get under 5% again

Man kan roligt sige, at "afsløringen" som storaktionærer er det bedst tænkelige dementi for deres grove manipulationer med kursanbefaling. Det er muligt, at de n
u sælger for at komme under de famøse 5%, eller de har prøvet at skræmme folk til at sælge, så de selv kan komme til fadet med billige aktier, spændende at observerer i dagens løb og de næste dage.
