Yes , Why buy in 2169 and then downgrade to 1600. It dont' make sense . ?? Newcoming major shareholder and then downgrade !! I dont get it too.

they have not bought the whole position at 2169, they could have had 4.99% for months and just crossed the 5% now

I think that the analyst is not aware of what is going on in the trade department.

maybe by accident, we have seen that before, eg with Blackrock, they sell a few shares the day after to get under 5% again
