We already have seen Farydak (panobinostat) - a pan HDAC inihibitor approved for MM. I dont think Novartis ever made trials with daratumumab even though panobinostat also upregulates CD38. Tox issues with HDAC are heavy if I remember correctly

Its seems like Celgene bought Acetylon Pharmaceuticals and outsourced ricolinostat to Regenacy Pharmaceuticals
