I believe Genmab should be a core holding in 2020. Genmab is much more than just Darzalex and investor focus should be on the strong pipeline. One of the most promising projects is Duobody-CD3xCD20 which has a great potential in hematological malignancies. Early data for treatment of lymphoma presented at ASH 2019 indicated a strong

efficacy and safety profile for Duobody-CD3xCD20.
These results could pave the way for a partnership deal in early 2020. I anticipate successful data could bring peak sales to around USD 3bn. With respect to Darzalex I believe the product will continue to deliver and drive peak sales further up. This is driven by larger impact from early lines of treatment, more patients getting treated with Darzalex and are living longer, and the likely approval of the subcutaneous formulation due in Q2’20.

JNJ har oplyst Halozyme, at sc-dara ikke vil påvirke dem ret meget i 2020, idet approval forventes medio 2020 og herefter skal der forhandles reimbursement/pris med landene. Så ketchub effekten må vente til 2021.

and i imagine by 2021 analysts will also start to understand that Dara treatment doesn't stop after 4 years, as many have in their models...
