JNJ har oplyst Halozyme, at sc-dara ikke vil påvirke dem ret meget i 2020, idet approval forventes medio 2020 og herefter skal der forhandles reimbursement/pris med landene. Så ketchub effekten må vente til 2021.

and i imagine by 2021 analysts will also start to understand that Dara treatment doesn't stop after 4 years, as many have in their models...

Apropos bibob 07:40 om dara og ibrutinib findes der denne artikel: "Targeting CD38 enhances the antileukemic activity of ibrutinib in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)" fra Clinical Cancer Research april 2019

the combination of ibrutinib and daratumumab resulted in significantly enhanced anti-CLL activity in vitro and significantly decreased tumor growth and prolonged survival in the in vivo CLL xenograft model.

Nu er der ikke så meget spænding mere så må vi se hvor ofte det bliver

Sydbank estimerer Darzalex salg på 4,144 mia $ drevet af: "fortsat markedspenetrering (specielt i 1. linjebehandling) og en potentiel godkendelse af Darzalex i en subkutan version". Men hvis sc først for alvor får effekt fra 2021 pga prisforhandlinger, er 4 mia måske i overkanten.

Jeg forstår ikke, hvis prisforhandlinger ikke er en del af handelsstrategien, man kan begynde på allerede nu..
