Problemet for ocrelizumab er bare at det tager ½ år ved behandlingsstop før ødelæggelsen af B-cellerne ophører og immunforsvaret dermed genvinder sin styrke. Ofa kan stoppes på en md hvis nødvendigt.

Det er vel ikke et problem for ofa. Men det der kan være problemet er jo om det betyder noget. Naturligvis er effekt jo en meget vigtig parameter. Men hvis pts nu kan leve med RRMS i meget lang tid vil bivirkningerne være vigtige. Vi må se data
