Genmab — September 2019

not sure if this new trial was posted already : Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of Camidanlumab Tesirine (ADCT-301) in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04052997?term=Camidanlumab&rank=1

yes, that made me revisit this. here is the SEC form F1 https://sec.report/Document/0001140361-19-016305/

and then i also thought "Risks Related to Our Relationship with Third Parties" was interesting as it says "Our rights to ADCT-301 are subject to our collaboration and license agreement with Genmab, and there can be no assurance that we will maintain the rights to develop or commercialize ADCT-301."
-
Our collaboration and license agreement with Genmab requires a divestment of ADCT-301, in which Genmab has a 25% interest, following database lock for the Phase 1/2 clinical trial. The agreement sets out a defined process to facilitate the divestment of ADCT-301 by licensing the rights thereto to a third party, subject to Genmab’s right of first opportunity to negotiate to acquire ADCT-301 in full.
