Yes a bit strange Bulder - Jan has mentioned several times that the BCMA target could be combined with daratumumab. And looking at daratumumabs position its very strange that they dont partner up

Maybe they await Janssen to come up with and finance a study.

A wild spekulation could be that Janssen dont wat to give them sc dosing of dara because they would combine it with either their CAR-T BCMA or CD3/BCMA. And GSK will not use IV dosing because it will be old fashion in a couple of years

Om DLBCL,FL,MCL studiet:The study also experienced a high screen failure rate, where only 63 (56%) of 112 screened patients with available tumor samples had CD38 expression ≥ 50% across all 3 NHL cohorts. Among these patients with CD38 expression ≥ 50%, only 36 were eligible for study enrollment, questioning the generalizability of the study population.
