Looks like it E L. If terms and conditions haven’t been completed, that will leave Genmab in a stronger position to negotiation,but until then it
will be expensive and risky.

But 20% flat royalty to 2031 (first 10 years) right of the bat - not bad.

No competition from a new product to Darzalex with lower royalty.

But it will take several years to go through clinical trials and to get approval - so maybe only a few years at 20%. The faster Genmab get going the better
