it seems they want to build the Dara successor / patent extension? Janssen logical partner, also as they can probably not work on on any CD38 myeloma targets themselves under the current contract

Probably both life cycle management and maybe a stronger solid tumor candidate - but nice to see a commerciel HexaBody deal. Great

We have seen hexabody tech. add potency. Very good to se JNJ want to grab the chance to be on board with hexa.

Looks like it E L. If terms and conditions haven’t been completed, that will leave Genmab in a stronger position to negotiation,but until then it
will be expensive and risky.

This could also be an explanation why Genmab needs more money - they could possibly be rather close to a clinical candidate
