Angående tidligere: International Immunology, Volume 30, Issue 8, 24 July 2018, Pages 375–383: the combination of ATRA and DARA has potent anti-leukemic effects, mediated through CD38 up-regulation and antibody-induced fratricide, in vitro and in vivo. Indeed, within the murine models, combination treatment led to reduced tumor size and growth rate and a 46.6% increase in mean survival time

ATRA appears to be a strong enhancer of anti-CD38 antibody therapy for AML in vivo

the significant survival advantage resulting from the combination treatment of ATRA and DARA suggests that ATRA does make the AML blasts more targetable by anti-CD38 DARA.

@gentogen 1 of the forum members a while ago mentioned ATRA being rather toxic if i am correct, can't remember who it was

analyses have led to the approval of a phase-II
clinical study that will be testing Dara in
relapsed/refractory CLL patients."

There is only one phase 1 study in cll running as far as I can see. So it looks like a new one to come. Nice that dara is being tested in different leukemias.
