A biotech company with nothing else to do might keep holding on to the dream - but a biotech company with other things to do would drop the idea at least for now. The preclinical rationale didnt work - move on ! Thats my view

in solid tumors.

But the rationale for dara i solid tumours was to kill suppressor cells and help the immune system back on track - and it did not work. The adverse events could be linked to NSCLC but we dont know

I agree with Sukkeralf, but the mechanism may be put out of play by the combination agent or mean an overreaction. It's just a guess.
