Selv om jeg er helt enig i, at Genmab ikke er ansvarlig for markedets reaktioner på pressemeddelelsen så er problemet vel alligevel lidt det, at et problem for PD1 opfattes som et problem for Dara (se blot Bowers mærkelige udlægning). . Det kunne man godt have undgået med en lidt anden ordlyd

I don't think that Dara in solid is completely gone (yet...)...chances are smaller offcourse, but we can not exclude Mono or other new combinations

That is why i linked to Plesners video yesterday, where he said there was a reaction from Dara in NSCLC (even though a better one in the combo)

A biotech company with nothing else to do might keep holding on to the dream - but a biotech company with other things to do would drop the idea at least for now. The preclinical rationale didnt work - move on ! Thats my view

I think it is necessary to get an assessment of data and mechanisms associated with the study of small cell lung cancer before Janssen will judge Dara out
in solid tumors.

But the rationale for dara i solid tumours was to kill suppressor cells and help the immune system back on track - and it did not work. The adverse events could be linked to NSCLC but we dont know

Bortset fra det...En eventuel artikel om at de små private investorer har paniksolgt i dag vil være en stor fejltagelse. Tværtimod er Nordnet og danske banker de største købere på faldet.
