Indeed, Celgene made it a point at ASH to emphasise the speed at which the company and bluebird will be moving bb2121 forward. A pivotal trial (KarMMa) in late-stage patients will treat an initial patient this month, and the partners plan to start a Phase III trial next year in the third-line setting while simultaneously evaluating the product even further upstream, with a goal of moving into newly diagnosed patients

Maybe more than 35mn E L. If the first have open for treatment, maybe some patient can apply but i really dont know but im sure the analytics have to rise the estimate, maybe to 2.3 - 2.7?

Yep the calulator always end up at 2000, but only this year, next year its gonna be wild:-)

MDs possibly have an easier choice now Bulder; after 3 lines they HAVE to choose Dara, otherwise the option is gone. If it doesn't work they can still try something else

@ laerlingen , I would personally think the handle is a bit small compared to the cup, but it is very subjective...
