tak. Som jeg forstår det er cytokin-stormen en (uheldig) egenskab ved t-cellen og uafhængig af hvilket target den binder sig til?

T-celle terapi er langt fra i mål. Patienter med samme diagnoser responderer jo forskelligt på samme behandling. Det ER et svært område at navigere i.

Bulder - enig. Bibob det gør patienter jo også ved alle mulige andre behandlinger.

...

Ja Sukker. - men Car-T kan du jo som du selv skrev ikke stoppe behandlingen. Og det er jo en ret væsentlig forskel.
