No, the warrants are employment income and will be taxed. Whether that is in Holland or Denmark depends on his tax residency. If he lives in Holland, his family is here and he spends more than 183 days here we can assume it is Holland. Not that that matters for us really

I see that the total amount of shares sold by management/ board is roughly equal to thay large transaction this afternoon, so I assume they coordinated their sale. Doubt it is a coincidence.

@ George Best, good question, I ask ed myself the same. I came to the conclusion that if I would be 56 years old and would have 100 / 150 million euros, so over 1 billion DKK (I don't know the exact number but it doesn't matter, it's a lot, so much you don't need it). I came to the conclusion that in that scenario time would be more valuable then a bit more money. So if I then wanted too do a large purchase, like a house for example I would not wait, I would buy it now. A couple months

ago i heard JvdW is building a new home, could have been a joke, not sure. Doesn't matter, the fact is that I would life my life to the fullest and not wait for a bit more cash when I have a billion DKK. Maybe he wants a bigger boat, maybe his children run a start up or he buys a house for his children, it doesn't matter. Ja. Novod var ude for nogle dage siden med en analyse af MM markedet. Kyprolis, Velcade, Empliciti etc taber stort til Darzalez og Revlimid i et stærkt voksende marked.
