@ Mscotland. Kyprolis (carfilzomib) er en protesomhæmmer ligesom Velcade (bortezomib). Disse to var sat op imod hinanden i et fase 3 studie, som faldt ud til Kyprolis' fordel http://wwwext.amgen.com/media/news-releases/2017/02/phase-3-headtohead-trial-showed-kyprolis-carfilzomib-significantly-improved-overall-survival-compared-to-velcade-bortezomib-in-relapsed-or-refractory-multiple-myeloma-patients/ . Heldigvis for det, for det betyder at kombinationen med dara og en proteasomhæmmer blot bliver

Ja. Novod var ude for nogle dage siden med en analyse af MM markedet. Kyprolis, Velcade, Empliciti etc taber stort til Darzalez og Revlimid i et stærkt voksende marked.
