Det er lige en kommentar til snakken igår omkring Darzalex og solide tumorer. @ Fantomas: Ang behandling af solide tumorer med antistoffer, så er dette allerede en succes ved brystkræft. Så det kan ikke passe at antistofferne ikke kan bruges til behandling af solide tumorer. Solide tumorer skal også have næring via blodet, og får cancercellerne ikke næring dør de. Så kommer der antistoffer i blodet, leveres de også til cancercellerne.

Ved ikke mere Bulder, men "a large Phase III trial of panobinostat, a new type of myeloma drug called a HDAC inhibitor, were reported. Panobinostat is likely to be the next new agent to be approved by the FDA for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.
