Ofatumumab i cancer-indikationerne var jo en del af en større deal, så svært at sige udfra dette hvad deres syn på sagen er - udover at de har filet for maintenance. Men ja i AI indikationerne har vi et nyligt bevis på at de vil i sving, men det har desværre lidt lange udsigter

Enig og vi har patent i USA indtil 2030 så det er jo mange år med gode Cash flow. Det vigtigste var at de fik ændret aftalen så der ingen Ofa omkostninger er til genmab mere

While ofatumumab as standard length monotherapy was inferior to continuous ibrutinib treatment in a recent comparative study (Byrd et al, 2014) and is no longer considered a standard of care comparator for the next generation of phase 3 trials, long-term dosing of ofatumumab may result in prolongation of PFS compared with standard length of therapy (Österborg et al, 2014).

obtaining response in 72% of patients. This treatment was safely administered to patients
with severe comorbidities and other cancer diagnoses. -
