0557] Combinations of EGFR antibody LC1006-003 with 2F8-IgG1, 2F8-IgG4 or 2F8-F(ab)2 were tested in their ability to bind C1q and C4c, and to induce CDC. A431 cell line was used as target. It was found that relevant complement-deposition and -lysis was only observed in the presence of two human IgG1 Fc fragments (FIGS. 15 and 16).
