Nanexa - kommende stor aftale med novo?

Kursen er nu sivet ned i 1,40'erne fra toppen i 3,15 i slutningen af 2024 på stærke fase I data. Dette ligner for mig bunden med finansiering nyligt afklaret - investorerne ville betale 1,65 for en aktie på den rettede emission for små 3 uger siden.
Selskabet er iflg. planen på BioAsia-konferencen i Hyderabad, Indien næste uge, hvilken må være det oplagte sted at diskutere en tidlig aftale for NEX-22 i Kina og Indien, som er firmaets erklærede strategi for dette projekt.
"We will work hard throughout the year to conclude an agreement for NEX-22 while completing the work with Novo Nordisk's evaluation of the PharmaShell technology with one of their substances. We believe we have a good chance of achieving the results sought, which would pave the way for deeper collaboration within the framework of a new revenue-generating agreement."
Hvis selskabet kan levere de resultater som Novo efterspørger i samarbejdet, og det mener Nanexa de kan, siger Novo vel ikke nej til ny teknologi, der kan hjælpe dem på en lang række områder? Jeg forestiller mig, Novo var involverede i beslutningen om at udvide NEX-22-projektet med en fjerde kohorte, hvor en høj dosis liraglutid (30 mg) administreres.

In addition to NEX-22, our major focus during 2024 has been the collaboration with Novo Nordisk and the evaluation they are conducting of our drug delivery system PharmaShell for one of their substances.
In many ways, this project resembles our own NEX-22 project, which has created great synergy effects. The evaluation with Novo Nordisk continues at an undiminished pace and our assessment is that we now fulfil the profile set so far in the evaluation.
We believe that this will allow us to finalize the evaluation with good results within the agreed timeframe. What this potentially will lead to is hard to speculate about at this point, but our goal is to move forward in the project and
initiate a negotiation within the year.
Det lyder ganske lovende nuværende markedsværdi på blot 130 mil. DKK med finansiering på plads taget i betragtning.

Controlled Release Society (CRS) Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, USA - where Nanexa
will have a one-hour oral presentation on PharmaShell (July) -
Eli Lilly bekræfter, der er mere end bare stærk interesse i teknologi præcis som Nanexas omkring diabetes/obesity, og at en aftale med Novo (eller andre), vil indeholde voldsomme indtægter:
Den særdeles sammenlignelige potentielle aftale har fået Camurus til stige små 9 milliarder SEK i markedsværdi - havde Nanexa en markedsværdi på 9 milliarder fremfor de nuværende små 300 millioner, ville kursen være +50.
CEO'en forklarer under seneste præsentation, hvorfor denne Eli Lilly-aftale ikke kunne have været indgået med Nanexa:
"Der findes jo andre firmaer, vi også diskuterer med - også rigtig, rigtig store i diabetes og obesity - som siger, denne eksklusivitet (med Novo) ligger i vejen for dem." Herefter henviser han til et snævert felt, der inkluderer Novo Nordisk.

Vigtigste budskab for denne præsentation er i følge CEO'en, at samarbejdet med Novo går særdeles godt, og at der ses frem mod licensforhandling, når evalueringen er færdig.
Hvorfor skulle Novo fortsætte samarbejdet omkring evaluering/validering i nu snart 2½ år, hvis de ikke fortsat er interesserede i teknologien?
