In recent years, one of their fish plants completely burned down, possibly due to a lack of adequate cleaning procedures and maintenance protocols.

There have historically been far too many continuous failures and breakdowns at this company for it not to be a systemic issue.

The company has recently silenced public feedback by discontinuing quarterly Q&A sessions and ignoring repeated email requests for onsite tours or investor targeted videos of same. These sessions and recordings hereof could have served as a platform for the company to address its problems in detail and outline permanent solutions.

In terms of public relations, the company should consider reintroducing the monthly update sessions that were previously implemented during similar historic major issues.

Additionally, they should publish a projected timeline for achieving the now long awaited profitability, allowing investors to adequately track progress. They should also communicate their exact plan for complying with the cash requirements outlined in the H1 (Q2) 23 financial documents, as they seem currently non-compliant.

It would also be beneficial to external stock holders if management refrained from further diluting the stock for personal or 'friends and family' gains, as their regular salary, which is approximately 500K, should adequately account for their current 'performance' compensation.

In summary, investors are growing impatient and frustrated with the lack of professionalism and accountability in management, issues that seem entirely resolvable.

Når man læser de beretninger som folk i relation til farmen i Florida er kommet med på diverse fora (Eks. Finansavisen i Norge), så er det ikke svært at miste troen fuldstændigt. Helt generelt virker det tosset at placere en landbaseret laksefarm i så varmt et klima som deraf kræver enorme mængder køling. Ser man på seneste radarbillede på Google Maps over farmen, så ligner det i den grad en byggeplads, som fortsat er under commissioning. Eksempelvis er der en stor andel af køleanlæg, som ligner noget der er sat tilfældigt udendørs og næppe har været indtænkt fra starten af. Selv har jeg på intet tidspunkt været i Atlantic Sapphire og kommer hellere ikke til at være det uanset hvor billig kursen måtte end se ud.

Som flertallet af landbaserede anlæg har det været umuligt at opnå en rentabel drift. Læg hertil at de biologiske og tekniske forhold siden starten har været meget udfordrende for at sige det mildt.
