OS indeed disappoints -on the first look. we all know though during what period this trial was conducted, and analysis will have to show how disappointing it really is, or if Covid circumstances led to this result, and other therapies after controll arm relapse which could be a factor...

Truist notes Genmab (GMAB) reported Phase 3 results from the EPCORE DLBCL-1 trial in transplant-ineligible second-line positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma patients. The study missed its overall survival endpoint. However, this outcome does not change the firm’s view on the key frontline DLBCL study, and Truist remains optimistic for a positive read-out this year. The firm has a Buy rating on the shares with a price target of $48.

Kommer hjem lidt sent fredag aften, og ser et hav af meddelser omkring Genmab. Må indrømme at jeg bliver lidt rundtosset. Nogle medier m.v. udlægger det som en fiasko, her på chatten lidt både/og. Og Børsen nævner en succes. Jeg er ikke fagkyndig, men plejer sånogenlunde at forstå. Men lige nu ligner jeg mere et ????????. Håber, der er nogle af jer, der kan bringe lidt lys over dette´, i løbet af weekenden.
