Genmab’s and BioNTech’s portfolios, a decision was made to discontinue the Phase 1/2 clinical trial
(NCT05435339) of GEN1053 in solid tumors. Preclinical activities remain ongoing.

whether those preclinical activities aim to return with something on Hexabody-CD27 I don't know (but i doubt it). Maybe it is to get more info on the Hexabody technology

But both Özlem Türeci & Uğur Şahin from biontech co-authored it, so they must have deemed it of interest

Spændende og bekræftende læsning. Og så skal man skrive sig bag øret, at de 2 mia $ kun er i onkologi. Som de angiver virker det sandsynligt, at Rina-S også virker i andre solide kræftformer. Altså er de 2 mis måske slet ikke i nærheden af et muligt topsalg.

Rigtig flot transcript. Jeg synes dog, at Tahi kommer lidt let henover "Two fatal AE´s in 120Mg", men det var jo nok en del af grunden til kun at fortsætte med 100 Mg.

Bikube, det er de samme 2 AE som blev nævnt i post ASCO præsentationen d. 2 juni. Hvor analytikkerne også spurgte ind til det. En pt havde mange comorbidities og døde as septic shock og den andens død blev ikke bedømt at være grundet Rina-S.
