@Anders…Det er da netop det omvendte der er sket …. En overoptimistisk information/kommunikation om hvor fantastiske selskabet er/var igennem flere år …og som bestemt slet ikke holdt stik. Vi er sikkert mange der husker da kursen var i 3300…uha uha. Det er altid klogt ikke at hoppe højere end benene kan nå jorden igen !

Selv om jeg nærmest aldrig er enig med Vitus, så giver jeg ham 100% ret her - Jan har da om nogen været overoptimistisk gennem hele forløbet med hensyn til royalty til Halozymes/voldgift/HexCD38 samt en meget optimistisk tror på, at de aldrig har stået stærkere. Der er også faldet ret mange af de tidlige kandidater fra de seneste år uden at komme længere end fase I/II.

Enig Sukkeralf. Jeg ser også at tiden er inde til et skifte hos Genmab. Jan har gjort det rigtigt godt, men jeg synes at der skal ske noget nyt på ledelsesdelen hvor jeg mener at troværdigheden er noget tyndslidt efter de udmeldinger der ikke har holdt stik.

Daratumumab for Smoldering is also on at the CHMP this week www.ema.europa.eu/en/documents/agenda/agenda-chmp-meeting-19-22-may-2025_en.pdf (at the FDA tomorrow) . Really no idea whether this will get approved or not. But then again, it feels like yesterday when i think it was Sukkeralf who was doubting even maintenance would get approved

Det der var mest skuffende ved Erzo var da hans undskyldning. At behandlingen har udviklet sig i en sådan grad at .... Worst case viser det at han og Genmab ikke har nogen som helst føling med udviklingen af behandlingstilbud når han kun mdr før afgørelsen kan sige at jnj er dumme hvis de ikke tager Erzo.

Erzo only became important due to the arbitration and the abritration failed due to poor legal work to begin with and secondly, due to poor legal work again not using the right argument in the right fase of the abritration . Which likely was the reasons for the loss. So who's responsible for this ?

@E L My opinion derives from the total sum of it all. The outcome of the two topics you mentioned surely would not have been any different with another CEO, but there is a wear and tear factor towards the credibility of a CEO when such events occur. That combined with 15 years at the helmet points, in my opinion, towards a changeout in leadership.

I have been in Genmab for 20 years. Yes, the last 2 have been disappointing. But what Jan has done to grow it to where is now, massive revenue, 8 products on the market, big pipeline, commercial team so you can keep 100% of the new products, is amazing. I’m very grateful and have all confidence in Jan.

Det var i efteråret 2024, at vi fik kombo data der lignede cure og hvor vi netop sagde, at det kunne blive svært for erzo. Så JW kan have været i god tro indtil dette tidspunkt. Og vi skal huske at kurs +3000 bar helt skævt og kun muligt i et marked med negative renter og rigelig likviditet.

ODAC is an Advisory Committee; so the FDA could even theoretically deviate from their advice. But they can also follow it and there is not enough confirmation for full approval and approval could be withdrawn. Genentech could recruit additional US patients; but it would take years wouldn't it...
