Jeg læste kommentarerne til FDAs godkendelse af MRD som værende endda meget vigtige for Gmab, idet MRD kan fungere som surrogat for OS som vi jo ikke kan nå at få. Med MRD "OS" data så tidligt er det med til at påvise den gode effekt or not meget hurtigere end ved normal OS, og derfor gøre valget nemt for JnJ.

i think for myeloma MRD tests still require bone marrow biopsies -even though they are working on tests on blood samples. That makes it a bit more difficult to incorporate the test, specially at later stage i would imagine. if JNJ could accept blood based MRD tests i am sure they would take them for such an important trial? i would be surprised if they had NOT discussed this with JNJ
