Mayo has been asked an interesting question at Ihub in relation to a guy he met at CTAD (I remember it to be a person related to a BP company, please correct me if I'm wrong) and if Mayo does still have any contact to this person. The answer from Mayo is just as interesting as the question IMO:
"I speak with him on a near-daily basis as he has become one of the SOTC consultants.
I won't share our private conversations (as with all of my consultants) but let it be known his opinions are weighed in throughout my own projections - albeit not the end all for my conclusions.
Speaking of projections - AAIC 2023 looks ever likely for full AD release. In my opinion - based on all available evidence - this AD release will be world news and deserves a worthy platform."
Mayo, just in case if you do still hang around here, I have a question in relation to your projection about the AAIC conference July. Are you talking about more than just the long awaited peer review article when stating a full release? If yes, what is your take on a release date just for the article? Thanks a lot, I appreciate the time you put into this.

Milito, if indeed presenting at AAIC (which appears ever likely), I expect the company to present a dataset similar in quality & specificity to Eisai's core presentation at CTAD 2022. They released a peer-review right after expanding on the already-in-depth analysis at CTAD.

Må give jer ret i, at det lyder godt. Jeg vil endda gå så langt at det lyder næsten som "we got it"
Missling siger før første gang, at deres cash skal bruges til bl.a. marketing af produktet. At de har en klar strategi omkring prissætning på differentieret 2-73 produkt (flydende form til rare diseases og piller til AD, PDD etc). Han nævnte også at 2-73 ville være dyrere, hvis man kun vil gå efter de 80% i AD som har bedst virkning end hvis hele populationen omfattes af en evt godkendelse.
I Rett kan man kun udføre forsøg på børn +5 år, fordi variationen er stor på dem der er under. Hermed ikke sagt, at man ikke vil gå længere ned i forhold til at igangsætte behandling - lyder spændende, idet behandling med start kort efter diagnose kunne være interessant i denne spontant opståede og forfærdelige sygdom.
De er langt i partnerovervejelser. De sjældne sygdomme kan komme ind i partneraftaler i visse regioner i verden. Ellers vil de selv markedsføre i de sjældne sygdomme - med den høje prissætning.
Med mindre manden er en notorisk løgner så bliver de næste år mega spændende som aktieejer. Og jeg tror ikke han kunne komme afsted med at forføre os med de folk der er ansat eller er tilknyttet selskabet som rådgivere.
Lad os håbe, at noget af forløsningen kommer på AAIC medio Juli.

Jeg forstår stadig ikke at han kan tale om kommercialisering før noget er godkendt. Der er vel minimum 1,5 til 2 år før vi kan stå med en godkendelse. Han må vide noget vi ikke ved. Jeg har selv støttet Jesse, det mindste vi kan gøre for den ihærdige soldat. Vi må se hvad han tager med hjem fra konferencen.

Missling regularly dodges this question. I think because he wants to sell the SIGMAR1 component. This really only tells a half-truth however as the secondary binding affinities make the drugs fairly distinct.

@Hyst:Højt blodtryk er et kæmpe marked, kæmpe!
Hvis nogle af indikatorerne er godkendt, vil det værre ret hurtigt og rimeligt billigt at få på markedet. Et P2 efterfulgt af et P4 vil nok kunne gøre det.
2-73 virker også forbyggende imod demens som vi ved. Saa hvis man er oppe i årende og lider af højt blodtryk kan man slå 2 fluer med et smæk med en 2-73 pille hver dag.Ser ud til at 2-73 kan blive en af de største succeser (gennembrud) set siden penicillin!!
