It may be only a poor development strategy, but it could also be that the drug is not as good as expected. We’ve also had negative trials with other drugs targeting the folate receptor, which were close to registration but in the end failed. I’m still not convinced of this approach."

SUTRO - er det ikke muligt at faldet forleden er udtryk for skepsis til FRa som target pga SORAYA og resultatet (andre mislykkede trials) samtidigt med at Bev gives skylden for kort PFS, som STR002 har et combo studie med. STRO-002 havde 70% prior Bev pts med i dose esc. og 63% prior Bev i dose exp. Har desværre ikke indsigt i Bev indvirken på PFS. Vi kan jo håbe på at det bare en dårligt undskyldning for at mirv ikke er super godt. idk ?
