Prior to these latest data, one expert had told FirstWord “so far the only thing we hear are excuses why it is not as good as it should be. It may be only a poor development strategy, but it could also be that the drug is not as good as expected. We’ve also had negative trials with other drugs targeting the folate receptor, which were close to registration but in the end failed. I’m still not convinced of this approach."
