the way i read it, i would think they should all be available, except for the Late-breaking abstracts https://ehaweb.org/congress/eha2024-hybrid-congress/abstracts-and-awards/abstract-submission/ But some of the posters are also still embargoed

by the way, there are a ton of JNJ abstracts also, on Dara, Teclistamab and Talquetamab offcourse, but nobody here seems interested in that anymore

Der er skarp konkurrence i cll. Ved at Imbruvica som Abbvie har sammen med JNJ mister markedsandele grundet konkurrence. Men alt er spørgsmål om effekt/bivirkning og pris. Rituxan er også benyttet og er gået off patent.

Men de er vel ikke så effektive som epco ?

Imbruvica er meget effektiv og var vel markedsførende efter Rituxan. Men jeg har ikke fulgt ordentligt med de senere år så jeg er ikke helt ajour. Men der er mange gode midler på markedet, idet cll er nemmere at behandle DLBCR, FL mv

The following drugs are used for cases of relapsed CLL:

Idelalisib (Zydelig), in combination with rituximab or in patients who received at least two prior systemic therapies
Duvelisib (Copiktra), after at least two prior therapies.
