@Stockbull, hvis din forventning er kurs 1500 ved Epco flop - hvad er din forventning så ved Epco succes, taget den aktuelle kurs i ca. 2100 med i betragtningen? Er der allerede indregnet 600 kurspoint af Epco potentialet?

Der er naturligvis mange ubekendte i denne ligning. Så værdien af Dara + kontanter er ca. 1500 point, NPV 80-90 mia. kr. og Epco er 2500 kurspoint i et optimistisk udfald.

Eller tillægger du værdien af resten af virksomheden, som udvikling, brand og materielle aktiver, en del af de 2500 point i upside?

Ja vi lå omkring 1500 inden Abbvie aftalen og retsagen som jeg lige husker så jeg vil ikke blive forbavset hvis markedet banker kursen ned under 1500kr hvis Epco fejler. I 2017 blev kursen banket 48% ned p.g.a solid ( som stort set ingen havde værdisat ) så jo det kan blive grimt hvis Epco fejler

Enhver investor bør være bekendt med value at risk. Erindre svagt faldet omkring solid stuidet...... Nu skrev du min mellemregning.... nemlig overreaktionen ved en dårlig nyhed

Der er altid interessant at høre bud på værdien af de enkelte aktiver (EVA), særligt at høre JvW vuredere, at Epco bliver et større aktiv en Dara. Hvilket ikke er lov, men et godt bud i min optik

Do you think Janssen with purpose will be holding back information regarding those programs as long as the royalty issue isn‘t settled?

They could. But also, the outcome of the arbitrage may determine what the best development path / way forward is for JNJ financially, they may decide to wait for that. Or they may use their development option for HexaCD38 as a pressure point in the arbitrage…
