data was only three months median follow-up, putting more perspective on how early the data really is and why they are pleased with it

"Conditional activation of 4-1BB is crucial as clinical development of 4-1BB agonist has been hampered by severe liver toxicity." and later on "the reason for reduced liver toxicity is the conditional binding mechanism to 4-1BB, which means that the antibody has to be bound to PD-L1 in order to be able to bind to 4-1BB by a confirmational change"

that clarifies the liver tox issue a bit better to me, or should i say, the reason they expect less toxicity

I was a bit surprised by the low Ph 2 dose though? "what dose was selected for dose expansion for 1046 or 311 in non-small cell, please? -> The second question was what our recommended Phase 2 dose is. This will be 100 milligrams."

Looks like the doses reaching response in NSCLC are pretty low compared to the other types

Jeg tror vi bliver meget klogere på CMD. En PR i triple negative breast cancer er interessant. At to af tre PR i NSCLC skulle være refrac PD-L1 er heller ikke uvæsentligt.
