Any opinion about the liver tox in GEN1046?

Thank you, there were some doubts from Nordea, but very impressive on efficiacy on those heavily pretreated patients they apparently concluded

I have not seen the note myself, but 6 patients had dose limiting tox incl elevated liver enzymes they write

Liver tox have in the past been a problem and hindernis for 4-1BB drugs, and therefore this has to be monitored closely they conclude

A bit dissapointing that there haven‘t been any comments from oncologists so far

any thoughts/speculations on that new Talquetamab/Teclistamab trial? I guess we have to see this in the context of the existing trial combining them with Dara? But that started only in February, I doubt they have seen any real data on that yet? https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04108195
