There was transaminise elevation , 24.6% all grades, 9.8% grade 3-4

treatment related grade-3 transaminase elevatoins decreased upon corticosteroid administration, no treatment related bilirubin increases or grade-4 transaminase elevatoins occured

so in summary they concluded manageable safety profile

Thank you, there were some doubts from Nordea, but very impressive on efficiacy on those heavily pretreated patients they apparently concluded

I have not seen the note myself, but 6 patients had dose limiting tox incl elevated liver enzymes they write

Liver tox have in the past been a problem and hindernis for 4-1BB drugs, and therefore this has to be monitored closely they conclude

6 out of 61, treatment with corticosteroid seems to help, maximum tolerated dose was not reached

exactly because liver tox was an issue before, I was not disappointed with this. Surely we'll hear a bit more about this in november

A bit dissapointing that there haven‘t been any comments from oncologists so far

i don't think anyone has seen the data really, i wouldn't worry about that
