Could it be that Janssen just want Genmab to pay their Halozymes bit and throw in the big thing about patent expire just to frigthen Genmab

I actualy think its fair that Genmab takes part in the Halozyme thing but the patent expire thing seems ridicously unfair

Det her er en giiiiiga fuckup af Genmab!! Det står normalt beskrevet i kontrakten at evt yderligere 3. parts royalties som knyttes til stoffer i aftalens indgåelse ikke berøre licensudybder. Altså genmab. Så genmab har fucket ordlyden op i den kontrakt. Det ses også ved der ikke er et hav af andre sagsanlæg som denne type.
