Der var noget mere kærlighed i luften da JNJ valgte at udbetale milestone til GEN for "næsten" at have nået salgstallene Mit gæt er at det helt sikkert er aftalen med Abbvie, som har kølet tingene ned.

Could it be that Janssen just want Genmab to pay their Halozymes bit and throw in the big thing about patent expire just to frigthen Genmab

I actualy think its fair that Genmab takes part in the Halozyme thing but the patent expire thing seems ridicously unfair

naa sukker its the deal with abbvie i think. someone got a bit disappointed,,,,but ofc it could be some kind of leverage also.

Genmab said quite early that they were in deep talks with only one partner so that mean Janssen must have been out for some time
