On June 24, 2020, we and Genmab agreed to enter into a period of good faith negotiations regarding the key financial terms of our license agreement. " etc etc

this may be a good Cami summary: "we are evaluating Cami in a 100-patient pivotal Phase 2 clinical trial for the treatment of relapsed or refractory HL and have enrolled 47 patients as of June 30, 2020.

We have completed enrollment of a 133-patient Phase 1 clinical trial of Cami for the treatment of relapsed or refractory HL and NHL that has shown an 86.5% ORR and a 48.6% CRR in patients with HL at the initial dose for our pivotal Phase 2 clinical trial and a 44.0% ORR and an 8.0% CRR in a subset of patients with T-cell lymphoma as of April 2019.

We anticipate reporting top-line response rate data from our pivotal Phase 2 clinical trial of Cami for the treatment of HL in the first half of 2021, and we believe that this clinical trial, if successful, will support a BLA submission.

We are also evaluating Cami in a Phase 1b clinical trial as a novel immuno-oncology approach for the treatment of various advanced solid tumors.

and finally in exhibit 10.6 it reeds "The Parties agree to negotiate for a period ending on 31 August 2020 with the intent to agree in good faith on a non-binding term sheet that includes all key financial terms for a license agreement between the Parties whereby ADCT acquires Genmab’s share of the ADC"

so looks as if Genmab is trying to divest it

So, must we assume that they have closed the agreement (31 Aug 2020) and/or will GEN be obliged to publish the main terms upon signing it?

My guess is that , because indeed they have to publish upon closing, it hasn't been fully finalised yet? it seems 31aug was the date the term sheet had to be ready
